Sure, you could have a big complicated brand strategy for a fast-food sandwich joint. But sometimes “sandwich = hot” is enough.
We did a lot of exploration of what “hot” means – like talking sandwiches giving their “hot takes” or snowmen melting from eating toasty subs. But nearly 100 scripts later and lots of headaches in-between, we landed on three spots that were more grounded and based in reality.
